Our loyal customers deserve the very best, and our top-quality ingredients are one big reason that they keep coming back for more and more!

We won't settle for second-best on anything.  Take our cheeses for instance...we won't serve anything but Real Wisconsin Cheeses, imported fresh every week.  Try them and you'll notice the difference!   Taste our rich, smooth Mozzarella that melts oh-so-softly in your mouth...or our mellow, aged Provolone, with just the right flavor for a sandwich or a special topping on an entree.

And you can't beat our meats!   We grind our own special cuts to make our special Bolognese Italian Meat Sauce.  While our competitors might be happy to make theirs with off-the-shelf hamburger, we're not pleased unless the meat has a fullness and roundness of flavor that can only come from properly selecting the component meats.  We choose a specially selected combination of quality, prime and choice steak meat along with the proper amounts of loin and round for just the right amount of marbled-texture smoothness.

Our produce is fresh daily, for lettuce that's crisp on your sandwich or in your salad, and tomatoes that are hand-selected and vine-ripened for just the right amount of zing and zest!  It's with these same delicious tomatoes, and a select amount of authentic Roma tomatoes, that we make our special sauces...slow cooked to a family recipe that dates back over seven generations.  Some of our slow-cooked sauces take as long as three full days to simmer to perfection that's good enough for our customers.  But that's fine with us -- you can't rush quality, and you can't beat the smile on a happy patron's face as he tastes the quality and just-right spicing in our sauces.

Our sandwiches get only the finest and freshest cold cuts that are selected from the best producers in the industry.  You'll enjoy mouth-watering, premium, cured deli ham and real Italian aged salami.  And our deli-fresh slices of lean, juicy Roast Beef light up any sandwich, hot or cold!  

There's no doubt that we could use lower quality local cheeses, utility hamburger meats, and big cans of institutional tomato sauce.  There are literally hundreds of restaurants in the area who provide just that.  We could even try to dress up these basic ingredients by over-spicing them in one way or another to hide the processed taste.

But we can taste the difference, and so can our customers.  And with our quality family recipes, along with a tradition for hand-selected, slow-cooked, delicious family meals that spans over seven generations, we feel that it would be more than a sin to compromise our standards.

Our customers find us for a variety of reasons...   For many it's because we're in their neighborhood and we're their good and close neighbor.   Some find us in the Yellow Pages.   But most customers now find us because their friends and family tell them about the delicious, homemade Italian food we serve, and they come in to try it for themselves.

And for most customers, once they've tried our family recipes, it's hard for them to stay away.  Many of our customers stop by pick up a lovely dinner for the family on their way home from work.  Thanks to our very generous portions, our customers have discovered that they can feed the whole family a delicious and nutritious meal for under $20, and can take a well-deserved night off from cooking and kitchen clean-up.  

Talk about a wonderful, quality alternative to fast food!   We'll sure serve you fast, but we've been cooking slowly to prepare everything long before you arrive.  Our famous Lasagna alone takes a full three days to prepare properly.
